1907. (Folio hardcover) Very good. 361pp. plus plates. A heavy tome bound in stamped burgundy cloth with gilt spine lettering. Portrait frontispiece, 3 photographic plates, 160 plates of line drawings by the author representing 312 species, color folding map, index. There is a crack at the joints between the first and second signatures at the front and back of the book, light wear at the top and bottom of the spine and the corners, a small snag near the centre of the back hinge, and the spine is lightly faded.
