About the Author

Ben Teeter was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Maryland,amidst the blended cultures of old Appalachian ways, prosperousrural Americana, and the vibrant cultural mix of the Washington,D.C. environment.
From a young age, he held a love for writing, but his passion andconnection to the art came alive while attending John HopkinsUniversity, from which he received a full scholarship.
It was there, among fellow poets and in the midst of the late1960s cultural shifts, that his focus moved to the spiritual,metaphysical and transcendental. From this shimmering moment intime, he began his life-long pursuit of searching for deep wisdomand understanding.
In the many years that followed, Ben spent his days working withhis hands, building and reflecting, raising a family, and graduallyletting words in his heart come to the surface in the quiet morninghours.
He seeks to make connections and encourage others to searchout deep knowledge and to reach for the Divine in one's self andthe universe.
