The Forever Student: Lessons in Leadership, Life and Being Human

Forty+ years in the corporate world, proving expertise and chasing titles, taught Ajai Puri one profound truth: the day you stop learning is the day you stop leading. Leadership becomes an inner journey of shedding ego, practising humility, acknowledging others' contributions, and embracing gratitude.

This book is the author's honest reflection on life, shaped by failures and corporate victories. A conversation with his earlier, eager self, exploring:

-Leading Beyond the Title: Prioritising responsibility over authority.

-The Gift of Failure: Embracing setbacks as essential teachers.

-The Power of Shukrana: How gratitude transforms your worldview.

-Stillness in the Storm: Finding inner calm and faith amid chaos.

-The Ultimate Goal: Becoming a better human being.

This isn't a textbook with easy answers but a reminder that wisdom is uncovered daily. There is no finish line, only the privilege of continuous learning. The greatest leaders remain lifelong students.
