Forge of Creation

In the mythic age of ancient Ireland, long before recorded history, the Tuatha Dé Danann ruled a world where magic, craft, and divine power were inseparable. Among them stood Goibniu, the legendary smith whose forge produced weapons that never failed, tools of perfect creation, and vessels used in feasts that granted the gods vitality and protection. His hammer shaped more than metal-it shaped destiny itself. In Celtic myth, the forge was not merely a workshop but a sacred center where fire, earth, and skill transformed raw matter into instruments of power.

Forge of Creation explores the extraordinary mythology of Goibniu and the sacred craftsmen of the Tuatha Dé Danann, revealing how the act of making was understood as a divine force at the heart of the ancient Celtic worldview. Drawing on early Irish manuscripts, mythological epics, and the wider Indo-European tradition of divine smiths, this book uncovers the deeper meaning behind the legendary forge: a place where creation, sovereignty, healing, and cosmic order were bound together. Rich with myth, history, and cultural insight, this is a journey into the firelit heart of Celtic mythology-where the gods themselves forged the foundations of the world.
