Forged As One: One Lord, One Faith, One Glorious Hope

Are you tired of the church always fighting?

As you scan the landscape of American culture today, there is strong evidence that we have a fractured society that has lost the ability to discuss, reason, agree, and work together. Sadly, for many churches, we are a microcosm of this same level of division within our local fellowships. The world will never live in unity if even the church cannot demonstrate unity.

This book uses Ephesians 4 as a driver to show:

1) How our common identity in Christ should bring unity

2) What causes us to fracture and how to avoid it

3) What Christian growth looks like and how you can grow stronger

4) How we should look different from the world so we can impact the world

Pastor Ricky Smith has spent his entire adult life in ministry with particular emphasis on reaching the next generation. Forged was written to help you grow so the church can grow and unite in the Truth of God's Word. When we are forged together as one unit, the Gospel of Jesus can make a greater impact on everyone around us. Ricky is the lead pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia, and provides leadership to its multi-faceted ministry with a commitment to make disciples in the Chattahoochee Valley and to the ends of the earth.
