Forget Me Not

What would you do if the only life you had ever known turned out to be one of the biggest lies ever told? Every moment of your life since the day you were born was a lie, a secret so big, only two people know the truth, and one of them is losing her mind. Detective Fiona Mitchell has just returned to the force after the hardest year of her life. She is breaking in a new partner, caring for her ailing mother in a nursing home with early-stage dementia, all while searching for a serial killer. She wasn't prepared for her world to unravel a second time while still trying to piece together the fragments of her past. What started out as a young woman's body drifting on shore turns into a nightmare hitting a little too close to home for the young detective. Forget Me Not is filled with plot twists, murder, and family secrets that should have been taken to the grave.
