The Forgotten Tribe (Paperback or Softback)

Two rivers run from two sources and merge below a bluff, a high point home to an ancient burial mound. The Forgotten Tribe, the sequel to Headwaters continues the journey.
Mariah and her family lead a ragtag band of misfits and intellectuals away from a crumbling society to the 19,000-acre Texas Ranch for a fresh start, the simple life, off the land.
With the contemporary world plummeting; a global pandemic, a poisoned mainstream food supply, and extreme weather conditions, the survivors crave massive change—a new paradigm.
While focusing on creating an intensive community they are threatened by corporate energy billionaires that will murder for the riches hidden on the land. Mariah’s focus is on holistic harmony and mindfulness. Meanwhile, Tristan and his fellow teens manage to find solutions.
Intertwining wisdom with the mundane tasks of daily life, The Forgotten Tribe inspires all who read it to thrive. It advocates applicable tools for survival from permaculture to cleanliness. In this new world of hidden springs differences are celebrated, children are embraced and loved, and many hands together make survival joyful and prosperous. The land has a voice which those who have ears can hear. Mariah and her clan hear the whisperings in the wind and the water. Can you?
