. Published by the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Nice folding map of city streets & Pittsgurgh in 1795, & Histories behind the two American forts Duquesne and Pitt from about 1753. One built by the French, the other by the British, attacks by Indians, the forts destroyed and re-built etc. The last chapter is on Pittsburgh city streets and how they came by their names. 47pp with some notation marks and footnotes in pencil.
