Publication Date: January 1, 1975 After writing his first book (How I Turned $1,000 into Five Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time), William Nickerson went on book tours to stores, radio and TV show explaining his new concept of the average person investing in real estate. This second book in the form of questions and answers is his response to the hundreds and thousands of questions people asked on the book tours and seminars that he gave. Nickerson crossed the country dozen of times, studying real estate developments, checking trends, and updating his information. Besides his personal contact people also sent Nickerson thousands of letters with questions and stories of their own success following his real estate teachings.
