This is a 1st printing of the January 1974 first book club edition of Ben Bova's 1973 story collection, with printing code "D 51" (late December 1973) on page 210, and SFBC #6041 on the dust jacket back flap. The book is near fine, marred only by a bump at top of spine, and a trace of lean. Binding is tight, with no reading crease in spine. Boards are sharp cornered, unmarked and unworn. Pages are unmarked. The unclipped dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is also near fine: whole and unmarked, with very slight sun fade on spine, and traces of wear at head, heel and corners. As with all Space Age Book purchases, I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its proud new owner in the same condition as my description.

All shipments will be via US Postal Service unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping within the USA will be via USPS Media Mail. Priority shipping within the USA will be via USPS First Class Mail.
My current Standard shipping rate within the USA is US$4.00 for the first book, and US$2.00 for additional books in the same order.
There are two situations where I will refund to the buyer a portion of the postage charged by ABEBOOKS: (1) Separate orders placed on the same date for shipment to the same address will be shipped together, so I will refund half of the postage paid for the first book in each such second and subsequent order. And (2) Books described as "paperbacks" in my descriptions weigh less than other books, so I will refund US$1.00 of the paid shipping fee for the 2nd and subsequent paperbacks in the same order shipping to the same address.
