Mr. Day holds both bachelors and masters degrees in structural engineering from Villanova University and a master's in civil engineering and a civil engineer degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is the author of five McGraw-Hill books on geotechnical engineering and a contributor to numerous handbooks on the subject.
