He is a professor, the Undergraduate Chair, and the Associate Dean in the School of Business and Management at Azusa Pacific University, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership and business ethics.
Roxanne Helm-Stevens has a D.B.A. in strategic management from Alliant International University and an M.B.A. from Azusa Pacific University.
