The Four Elements of Change

Author Heather Ash weaves together a synthesis of the most powerful tools from many spiritual traditions—including European shamanism, Toltec wisdom, and Buddhism—to support us in the transition between living within familiar boundaries to living large by a conscious use of the four elements.

Heather Ash is the founder of Toci: the Toltec Center of Creative Intent, a nondenominational religious organization based in the wisdom of the Toltec and The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. She has taught workshops and apprenticeships and trained teachers through Toci. She lives in Austin, Texas. Vicki Noble is the author of The Double Goddess, Motherpeace, and Shakti Woman.
