713 pages, plus large folding map of the state. Color maps of all counties included in the text. Frontispiece, in color, is a birds-eye view of Kansas State Agricultural College and Grounds. There is a small library sticker near the foot of the spine, though NO other library markings are seen. Blind stamped green cloth covers with gilt stamped lettering on spine. Covers are a little rubbed and scuffed. Letter remains bright. Both hinges (internal) are broke, and the text block holds loosely by some webbing. Text block remains tight, and is clean and intact.
