Photo 9 x 7", decorative oak frame 16.5 x 13.5" with cream mat. Not examined out of frame. Shows a seated Goodman wearing a tweed jacket and patterned tie holding his clarinet. Signed in the lower left corner "To George Best Wishes Benny Goodman". Attached to the back is a COA and a printed note from the previous owner that gives a brief bio of Goodman and when/where he acquired it. Also on the note is a personal reminiscence "I attended one of his last concerts at Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor on March 22, 1986, when he was carried away in an ambulance He died less than three months later".
