Illustrated throughout the text with photographs and drawings, and with 30 full page plates after the text. Black cloth boards lettered in gilt at spine, slightly scuffed, edges rubbed, lower corners bumped. front hinge starting to crack, text block cracked in several places, but spine cloth is holding. Binding overall intact, but tender.
