Wrigley Field! Hawk and his brothers, Nestor and Michael have never set foot in a major league stadium. So, when their mom arranges for her rough-and-tumble boys to travel to see the Cubs play at Wrigley Field, it’s a dream come true.
The plan is simple: Meet up with their eccentric, old Uncle Dave at the bus station in Chicago and go to the game.
But, somehow, the simple plan zigs instead of zags, and the dream adventure turns into their worst nightmare!

Review

Terri Mason: My granddaughter, Maddux, chose to spend her whole Sunday reading this book! Maddux, age 8, wrote: I liked "Freaked Out at Wrigley Field" so much that I couldn't put it down! Three boys were adopted and became brothers. I liked that they were on the run by themselves in Chicago. They were being chased by a murderer!

Susan Draper: A marvelous diverse cast of characters takes the reader on a trip through the heart of Chicago and Wrigley Field. Laugh out loud funny! Not just for middle school baseball fans, but a delightful read for all.

A fifth grader: This book has a sense of danger, some jokes, and a very good ending. The ending was my favorite part! It also has a good message. Be safe in the city! It's cool how you added real things from Chicago in the book.

Bloomfield Mom: Very engaging! My son finished it in 2 days! Absolutely loved it!!
