About the Author

Reese is nine years old and a Fourth Grader at Kolb Elementary in Bay City, Michigan. He is considered the youngest published fiction author in America. He began writing short stories in Kindergarten where he was encouraged to take risks with his writing. He discovered his joy and passion in the third grade where he blossomed as a writer.

While at the age of eight, before entering fourth grade, Reese wrote the first book in the Fred The Mouse� Series: The Adventures Begin. It has been nominated for a Michigan Notable Books Award and a Benjamin Franklin Award.
