Peter Varley is a photographer, filmmaker, and creator of the Varley inventory, a complete catalogue and visual record of the works and life of his father, Frederick Varley. Joyce Zemans is an expert in the field of Canadian art and a specialist on the work of the Group of Seven. Jean Sutherland Boggs is the former director of the National Gallery and the Philadelphia Museum of Fine Arts.
