Free You From You: The Path to Unshakable Presence

This book describes how elite performers grow their edge and create lasting transformations by freeing themselves from hidden identity programs that run—and limit—their lives. Dr. Mario Simon introduces the Free You Framework™: a three-stage map grounded in behavioral science, business leadership, psychology, wisdom traditions, and thirty years of coaching peak performers. No excavation of the past. Just a clear, practical path—from the inside out—to the one freedom that makes all other success meaningful.

Mario’s gift is seeing in people and organizations what they do not yet see in themselves—and transmitting that vision with such clarity that transformation becomes inevitable. A pioneer of behavioral economics, his doctoral dissertation at Yale laid the scientific foundation for his work at the frontier of human and organizational possibility. He scaled Kantar Consulting from 12 to over 1,000 professionals, led global client transformations at BCG, and turned around a multi-agency enterprise as CEO of ChangeMakers. A Fulbright Scholar, keynote speaker, and television commentator, Mario operates at the intersection of business and personal transformation, enabling both simultaneously. Through the Free You Framework™, he guides CEOs, founders, executives, and elite athletes toward radical authenticity—dissolving the patterns that cap performance now and replacing reactive programs with unshakable presence. Mario was born in Greece. He lives with Penelope, Leandros, and Robbie and nurtures rare magnolias at his ranch home in the Hudson Valley.
