About the Author

Hubert O'Hearn is a professional journalist, interviewer and political speechwriter. Educated at three of Canada's top universities, studying English, Politics and Education he went on to write a weekly newspaper column for twelve years. He became celebrated for a fearless ability to take on any subject with an often caustic wit, yet always as a champion of those who require champions in their corner. Having emigrated to the Republic of Ireland at the end of 2012, his career has expanded. He is now the host of the thrice-weekly podcast 'Thoughts Comments Opinions' where he discusses a wide range of events with authors, artists, musicians and anyone with a strong story to tell.
