Oblong 8vo; unpaged [20]; illustrated from photographs and from drawings by German/American artist Richard Lindner.Agency stamp to front wrapper; else a very good copy in original pictorial wrappers. Promotional brochure for the redesigned post-war liner, promoting decor by Leleu and illustrative panels by Pougheon and Dunand; restaurants decorated by Le Bucheron, Spade, Muller, Rigollet, Alavoine; with 4 double-page spreads illustrated by Lindner. Lindner was a successful illustrator and teacher whose paintings enjoyed a brief vogue in the 1960's.
