Frequency of Excellence

Today our attention spans are more divided than ever. Regardless of age, industry, or leadership level, the ability to fully engage with the present moment and learn from the excellence around us has been disrupted by countless distractions. Frequency of Excellence urges you to tune in to these everyday examples of excellence-fostering continuous learning and growth in your career.

Scott Millson, through a unique and exceptional career, has mastered the art of tuning into these frequencies of excellence and has successfully distilled and stored them for reflection and utilization downstream. He learned invaluable lessons from a diverse array of leaders, entrepreneurs, salespeople, and consultants, which he generously shares in Frequency of Excellence.

This book offers compelling, inspiring, and instructive lessons. Through powerful storytelling and remarkable examples of professional excellence, Millson shares a lifetime of insights accumulated across four decades and multiple industries-from his service in the US Navy to his ascent to become one of the youngest partners in a multi-billion dollar global consulting firm, and from founding his own consulting firm to ultimately selling it to a respected international organization. The lessons he experienced are meant to be shared, and he has done so masterfully within Frequency of Excellence.
