We are a family run bookshop in rural Galloway, based in a restored eighteenth century cotton mill. We are open daily April to October. We have a very good collection of Scottish books, poetry, art and architecture, and natural history, and a good general collection. We accept payment by credit card, sterling cheque, PayPal, bank transfer and through Abe. Books may be returned if not as described provided we are informed within seven days of receipt. All books are packaged to the highest of standards.

Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2lb, or 1kg. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
