EA. Mit sehr zahlreichen fotogr. Abb. auf 52 Tafeln. GLn.-Band mit Rücken-Goldprägung. 232 S. 8°. Einige wenige Seiten am Anfang und am Ende mit wenigen, kleinen Wurmlöchlein, diese teils an den Seitenecken mit Japanpapier hinterlegt, ebenso zwei Seiten im Falz mit Japanpapier verstärkt. Vorsätze neu, einige Seiten sehr gering angeschmutzt oder ganz gering knitterig, sonst sauber, vollständig und fest in der Bindung. Mit handschriftl.Signatur Cerrutis unter folgendem Satz: 'Every Copy of this work not bearing the author's signature will be retained by him as an infringement of his rights.' This book has been published only in very little number, only two are known in the librarys of the world (kvk, theese two with 49, this one with 52 fotographic plates!), a lot of experts does not even know of its existence; Cerruti has been together with Modigliani on NIAS, later he became the Superintendent of the Sakais (Orang Asli) of the Malay Peninsula, he lived together for 15 years with some of the tribes; his unique photographs are very well known, for example from the Skeat/Blagden : The Pagan Races of the Malay Peninsula.( Most Photographs are from Cerruti in this 2Vol-Books). This 'My Friends.' is the only Monograph from Cerruti and it is richly illustrated with exiting whole-page Photographs. Extremely rare!!--Äußerst selten!!.--. Seller Inventory # kai0871
