About the Author
Melanie attributes her uniqueness to her desire to get to know the heart of the individual, coupled with her sense of humor. She's gifted at instigating purposeful dialogue and honest self-reflection on topics of identity, friendship, marriage, dating, parenting, and self-discovery. Dr. Mel desires to help others develop a healthy self-concept and cultivate healthy relationships.
Inspired by her internal calling and a desire to be effective in the lives of people, Melanie returned to school to complete her Certification, Masters, and Doctorate in Temperament Therapy. During this process, she decided to publish her life lessons and create guidebooks that could be used as tools for her groups. The Life Bonds™ Book Series was launched. The first Life Bond book, The Friendship Bond was released in 2013, The Couples Bond in 2014, and The Identity Bond in 2015.
She enjoys serving as a Relationship Expert on FOX News Radio throughout the nation. She's been seen or quoted on multiple ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX affiliated television stations nationwide.
