32mo (6" x 3.5"), decorative silver and black on blue front wrapper with pictorial engraving on blue back wrapper, ads on inside-wrappers. 8pp., b&w and color illus. An appealing circular promoting the Hoe Chiseltooth Saw, touted as usable in the winter months to cut through frozen timber. "Makes money for the Millman, imitated but never equaled." Includes 4 pp. of user reviews. CONDITION: Very good, light crease on bottom right corner of front wrapper and first page.
