Function of the Day

This book is a resource for teachers that will show how to incorporate Function of the Day bell work in math classrooms and explore a variety of approaches for engaging students. Function of the Day is a daily activity that gives students the opportunity to graph and analyze a function focusing on important concepts and vocabulary. This book contains a year's worth of functions introduced in Algebra 1: linear, systems and inequalities, exponential, quadratic, absolute value and more. There is an additional book available which focuses on functions specific to Algebra 2 and includes polynomial, radical, rational, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions.
