Shipping Terms
Wir versenden täglich montags-samstags. Bestellungen bis 14:00 Uhr (samstags 10:00) werden am gleichen Tag bearbeitet.
Unsere Versandkosten sind nach Gewicht gestaffelt.
Bücher unter 1kg versenden wir im allgemeinen als Briefpost, darüber als DHL Paket (einschl. Versicherung und Sendungsverfolgung). Sollte versicherter Versand bzw. Versand mit Sendungsverfolgung für Sendungen unter 1kg gewünscht werden, bitten wir Sie, uns eine entsprechende Nachricht zukommen zu lassen, bzw. den 'Luftpost'-Tarif zu wählen. Gerne können Sie auch mit uns Kontakt aufnehmen, wenn Sie eine alternative Sendungsart oder Versanddienstleister benötigen.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
We ship daily Monday-Saturday. Orders received/paid by 2 p.m. CEST (10 a.m. on Saturdays) are processed on the same day.
Our shipping rates are based on the packaged weight of the item(s) ordered. The shipping cost includes tracking (and a variable, but invariably low, amount of insurance cover, between 20 and 50 EUR). Please contact us for a quote if you require expedited or insured shipment
US BUYERS:
Please note that as of August 26, 2025, the German national carrier (Deutsche Post/DHL) will no longer accept shipments of goods to the United States, following the issuing on July 30, 2025, of the Executive Order "Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries." For us as sellers, this removes relatively affordable shipping rates with published, fixed prices - we will be able to use commercial exporters instead, however, at this point (Aug. 22, 2025), neither prices nor capacity of these exporters are known at our end. For you as buyer, this means that import duties will be due on any book bought from us; when and to what agency these duties are due is at present unclear to us.
Deutsche Post/DHL assures their customers that they are working to resolve the issue with an aim of making the standard shipping paths for goods available again as soon as possible, whenever that may be.
If in doubt, please contact us ahead of ordering for a quote regarding the shipping of any particular item.
