His work in Six Sigma and the integration of quality, regulatory and business management systems in particular led to the development of Fusion Management, the culmination of a career spanning nearly five decades. He holds a Ph.D. in management and M.B.A. and baccalaureate degrees in applied statistics.

Paul Berman has been preparing materials on quality management systems for the past 12 years at Stat-A-Matrix. Previously, he spent over 30 years in the aerospace and defense industries. He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees and served in the US Army as a radar technician. He taught business and technical communications part time at Rutgers University for 16 years.

Michael Flynn has successfully applied modern management techniques to continuous improvement of business processes as head of Stat-A-Matrix consulting services. He has over 20 years of experience in the metal, food, packaging, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
