Professor Yuval Heled is a world-renowned scientist and expert in integrative physiology and exercise physiology. He formerly served as the Chief Physiologist of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Medical Corps. His scientific fields of research include the study of the limitations of human performance, survival under extreme conditions, physical training, stress adaptation, and life extension.
He is a full professor in the Faculty of Science at the Kibbutzim College of Education and teaches at various academic institutions in Israel and abroad. He is a researcher, author, and scientific advisor in the fields of health, medicine, physical training, nutrition, and healthy aging.
