Full of catchy, twisted data (he declares that "the whole of humanity could comfortably stand indoors in Greater New York City" as evidence that the population explosion is not a problem), this is remedial Marshall McLuhan in global harmony with Flash Gordon. Academic libraries may safely ignore, but public libraries should expect some Megatrend -ish demand.
