About the Author
Kristy Grant-Hart is the founder and CEO of Spark Compliance and a renowned expert at transforming compliance departments into in-demand business assets. She is author of the highly-acclaimed books "How to be a Wildly Effective Compliance Officer" and the "Wildly Strategic Compliance Officer Workbook." She has advised Fortune 500 companies on international compliance, and created and revamped compliance programs for major companies in Europe and the United States. A powerful and inspirational public speaker, Kristy provides keynote presentations to organizations and conferences globally. Kristy's articles on compliance and ethics program optimization, anti-bribery, and data privacy and protection regulations have been featured in magazines and trade publications in the United States and Europe. She is a former adjunct professor at Delaware Law School, Widener University, teaching Global Compliance and Ethics. Kristy was shortlisted for the 2015 Chief Compliance Officer of the Year award at the Women in Compliance Awards and shortlisted again in 2017 for the Compliance Innovator of the Year. Before launching Spark Compliance, Kristy was the Chief Compliance Officer at United International Pictures, the joint distribution company for Paramount Pictures and Universal Pictures in 65+ countries. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. All parcels are sent using Standard Delivery services. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class which usually takes 3-6 working days. We can now offer First Class Delivery for UK orders received by 12 noon, for same-day dispatch, orders received after 12 noon will be sent the following day, by First Class (Monday-Thursday).
International orders usually take 12-15 working days, but can take up to 45 days due to customs and borders controls.
