About the Author
Robyn McClendon is a mixed-media artist and business coach. She has trained artists and creative professionals for over three decades, and her work has been exhibited widely, including at the Smithsonian and the Corcoran Gallery. Her works are in the permanent collection of MoMA (the Museum of Modern Art).
Her design work has won notable commissions. She has designed for Essence Communications, IKEA, Target, and UNICEF. In her popular online courses, channels, and workshops, she collaborates with brands and artists such as Arteza, Tim Holtz, Patti Tolley Parrish, and Seth Apter. Her innovations in gel plate printing led to her current position as a brand ambassador at Gelli Arts.
As a mixed-media artist, McClendon is guided by her ArtMythos philosophy, which centers on telling your stories visually.
As a Reiki master trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method, she leads artists and creatives to move and unblock creative energy, helping them focus and organically find their visual language.
