Hardback complete with two folding maps and five folding plates as called for. The later green cloth binding has some light wear and the spine has faded; it is sound with everything well bound in. There is some edge foxing throughout, the text is oth erwise clean and crisp. The folding plates at the end have some more extensive foxing and some marginal dustmarks.
