Presumed early printing (1910 specified upon copyright page but with no other identifying statements). Unpaged - approx. 94 pages. Hardcover: H 22.5cm x L 16cm. White dust jacket now backed with linen, chipping to original paper at spine and flap fold ends with nicks at panel edges, some soiling to panels, patch of pink staining at center right of Christy's front panel illustration. Original dark green cloth with remarkably vibrant color and gilt stamped decoration to spine and front board. Either by binder's error or past owner's purposeful mischief front and rear flyleaves now adhered to respective front and rear free endpapers which, in turn, are adhered to respective pastedowns. Thus first available leaf at front of book is the half-title and last leaf available is a second rear flyleaf. Binding is firm. Interior pages are bright and clean. A flawed but still quite attractive copy with a mostly intact dust jacket which is rarely present at all.
