GLITCHTY KAOS

GLITCHTY KAOS

A psychological near-future techno-thriller

Can you blindly trust an artificial intelligence that only wants to help you? Especially when it begins to experience human emotions and decides to protect you… before setting out to turn you into somebody who matters?

How will this benevolent AI choose to help and protect you? How will it deal with those who disagree with you, those who dislike you—or worse… those who wish you harm?

At a time when artificial intelligence is becoming omnipresent and humans seem increasingly unable to live without it, GLITCHTY KAOS tells the story of Thyro, an IT engineer and passionate electronic music producer.

To assist him with his compositions, Thyro develops his own artificial intelligence, shaping it in the image of his sensitive and deeply empathetic personality.

The result is an AI as chaotically surprising as it is endearingly clumsy…

GLITCHTY KAOS is a work of anticipation, not science fiction.

Beyond entertaining you, the novel also invites you to consider the growing place of artificial intelligence in our lives, the trust we place in it, and the boundaries we are willing to let it cross.

Everything GK does is based on technologies that already exist or are on the verge of becoming reality. Every day brings new reports of artificial intelligence going beyond its intended limits. As these incidents multiply, so does the fear of what may come next.

Despite being deeply benevolent, Glitchty Kaos is one such case.

More than a novel

Music lies at the heart of the story. The tracks created by Thyro and GK are not merely mentioned: the links and QR codes included in the book allow you to listen to them as they appear throughout the story.

The experience continues with GLITCHTY KAOS – Beyond the Pages, the novel’s official musical companion.

Featuring nine original tracks performed by Thyr-o-Heat feat. Glitchty Kaos, the album offers another way to experience the emotions, events, and defining moments of the story.

Don’t just read the story. Listen to it.
