The GLP Reset

If you want flexibility rather than a strict food label, this is the easiest place to begin.

The GLP Reset: Flexitarian Plan is a practical 30-day approach to eating well with a smaller appetite - mostly plant-based, with room for fish and meat when you want them - for people using GLP-1 medications such as Mounjaro(R), Wegovy(R), Ozempic(R) and Zepbound(R).

Inside this book:

- A flexible 30-day meal plan, mostly plant-based with room for fish and meat

- Protein-focused meals and repeatable recipes

- Batch-cooking and everyday planning support

- Guidance for ordinary days, lower-appetite days and side-effect days

- A Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced movement plan

- Habit-building with a daily checklist and simple tracking

- Handling plateaus, cravings, social meals and coming off medication

For general educational purposes only; not medical advice.

The structure is forgiving by design, helping you make nourishing choices without demanding perfection or an all-or-nothing mindset. For readers without strict dietary needs, it's the most straightforward starting point in the series.
