A memory book with quite a bit of penned information, belonging to Edward Wadsworth Gregory. Young Master Gregory was President of the Senior Class, as well as the Editor-in-Chief of "The Mirror". He lists his classmates, and teachers. He also lists his classes (History and Civics "Great discussions - Great class"; Geometry and Trigonometry "Don’t ask any questions". Of particular charm is the Feb. 25, 1921 invitation to the Mystery Club at "Their Secluded Den" -- "Your Escort Will Call at Eight". There are Kodak Snap-shots as well. A nice picture of rural Virginia school life in the early 1920’s. "Wads" Gregory was buried in Chase City, in 1981.
