Included in the file are three letters from constituents requesting fish to stock in local waters; two retained, unsigned copies of Rhea's replies; three letters from constituents forwarding applications for the fish; three acknowledgements to Rhea from the U.S. Commission of Fish and Fisheries informing him that the applications have been received; and three notes from that agency infoming him that the fish have been sent (the fish included 1800 rainbow trout for the Maiden Spring fork of the Clinch River, 1400 rainbow trout for Tumbling Creek in Washington County, and 100 black bass for Silver Lake near Dublin, Virginia).
