GUESS WHO'S COMING TO BETHLEHEM? BK/CD A MANGER MYSTERY MUSICAL Format: Paperback

Guess Who's Coming to Bethlehem? by composers Jill Gallina and Michael Gallina is a 15-minute Christmas musical for children's choir, created especially for smaller ensembles and young singers in grades K-3. This charming Bethlehem nativity musical tells the Christmas story through the eyes of the animals gathered in the stable. As they await the promised Messiah, their curiosity brings warmth, humor, and anticipation to a familiar holiday tradition.

This children's choir performance kit includes a director's manual, reproducible singers' parts, and a StudioTrax CD. The combination of choral songs and rhyming dialogue creates a complete musical presentation, while the reproducible format offers practical value for directors organizing seasonal performances. The included materials support rehearsal preparation and the coordination of music and spoken storytelling.

At the heart of the musical is a playful question: who is coming to Bethlehem? The stable animals' uncertainty gradually unfolds into a meaningful celebration of the Nativity. Songs and rhyming dialogue bring character and movement to the story, giving young choir members opportunities to participate in a shared Christmas presentation. Its 15-minute running time makes the work a practical choice for church Christmas programs, children's ministry celebrations, and seasonal choir concerts.

For choir directors, music teachers, and church music leaders planning a Christmas performance, Guess Who's Coming to Bethlehem? brings together storytelling, singing, and the spirit of the season. Its reproducible singers' parts and accompanying StudioTrax CD make the performance kit a thoughtful resource for annual holiday programming or a meaningful gift for a children's choir director. The result is a warm, memorable retelling of the Christmas story centered on wonder, anticipation, and joy.
