Is your tumbling out of control?

Throwing yourself through the air on a wing and a prayer is the least effective method for doing a round off, especially if it leads into a back handspring or back somersault. Safety-wise, it is not an appropriate or helpful method of learning this skill. A round off seems like a simple skill, but it can be the single element that separates you from being a good tumbler to being an excellent tumbler that other gymnasts and coaches admire. This easy-to-read book contains several drills to advance your round off technique and improve the power and consistency of your tumbling. As always, safety is the prime focus when performing any gymnastics skills, so only use these techniques under the supervision of a qualified gymnastics coach and use appropriate gymnastics equipment and matting.Get this book and improve your tumbling now!
