xix 170 pages, 6pp for notes, 12 colour plates by W.H.Riddell and 46 sketches by H.R.Millais, W.D.M.Bell and F.Wallace, full page b/w photographs and folding map, some occasional spotting to contents, brown cloth blind stamped lion vignette to upper cover in dj. dj strengthened to verso at head and tail of spine. the author lists the game in alphabetical order, detailing habitat, horn measurements etc. there is a section "on killing elephants" by W.D.M.Bell also preserving and skinning, trophies, rifles, camp equipment etc. Czech 35.
