You can expect good old fashioned customer service and packaging that is second to none. G.S.B. stands for Gun Show Books, and that's how we started well over 30 years ago. First we sold at Gun Shows, then (before the internet came along) we started selling mail order firearm reference by catalog. In 1998 we launched our first independent web-site. Today we no longer go to gun shows but instead sell mail-order only through our two websites, and all the other venues like eBay, Amazon, and Abebooks. We're fairly knowledgeable about the books we sell, and firearms in general. You can email us with questions about our books, and though we can't guarantee we'll have an answer for you, we can guarantee you'll get a response, and your orders will always be filled promptly and get the personal attention that everyone deserves.

Shipping Terms
We are proud to say we package "bulletproof" - you won't find a vendor who packages better than us! Our books are tightly wrapped first in a plastic bag for moisture protection, and then in a box, never an envelope. We provide sufficient cushioning to protect the collectibility of our products.
We think you will find our shipping rates to be reasonable and fair, especially as compared to other vendors.
We do our best to package and ship your order within 24 hours of ordering, except for U.S. Postal holidays and Sundays. The estimated arrival date is an estimate, not a guarantee, of when your package will arrive and it can be affected by a number of factors including time of day your order was placed, time of day your order was packaged, whether there are unswered communications about your order, how busy the post office is due to manpower shortages or holiday shipping, to name a few.
