Purdom, a town planner, was a pioneer of the Garden Cities at Letchworth and Welwyn, and this is his book about the former. Solidly rebound using original cloth covers, this is an ex-Library copy but only stamps are on title page. Pp.330 with around 100 illustrations, including 4 colour plates, more than fifty in b/w and many text drawings, plans and tables.
