You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping
costs, if you return as a result of an error on the part of the bookseller. To
receive a refund, you must return your item directly to the bookseller within 30
days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it
in.

You are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, including the shipping
costs, if your book does not arrive between the estimated delivery date +15 days
and the estimated delivery date +30 days.

You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if
the condition of the book differs from the description listed.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
