This VG+ first format book (as per Mattson & Davis: green cloth, black lettering on spine, dark green lettering outlined in black on front) lists to the next title in this series. It is square and very clean and is free of edge dings and corner bumps; spine ends are lightly bumped without fabric damage. The spine is slightly faded. The interior is spotless! It is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type; the paper is slightly toned and a bit stiff but not at all brittle; the hinges are quite sound and not damaged in any fashion. The VG jacket lists all 10 title in this series. The upper front corner is clipped, there are small chips at the front corners, tiny chips at the head and heel of the spine with a 1" tear and several folds at the bottom of the front gutter (see photo). There is some small item stuck on the front panel, just below the "S" of "Showing". The front panel colors are simply beautiful. Seller Inventory # BMR-2020-2-14-1
