Unpaginated. 28 cm. 11 pasted-in b&w photographic plates present out of 12 (Torc Lake missing). Green cloth hardcover with gold impressing. All edges gilt. Corners worn. Ink stamp on front free endpaper shows through on reverse. Last page in first section cut out, trimmed, and taped in. Stain on Vale of Clara plate affecting page on either side. Some other stains and thumbing. One plate detached and some other plates loosening. Features well-known scenes such as Queenstown, the Vale of Ovoca, and the Giant's Causeway as well as some lesser-known Irish locales. The text contains accounts of Irish folklore, monuments, and history. Seller Inventory # 123982
