Gen-X the Adult Era: Designing a Life of Wellness (on Our Own, as Usual)

So we're officially midlife. Now what?

Get ready for a freeing, authentic, and very personal midlife experience! It's time to chuck those shackles of childhood trauma, lack, mess, and drama.

Here's your guide to exploring yourself and the possibilities of doing midlife (and life) differently than what we, as Gen-X women, were conditioned to expect and accept. And it's written by one of us, in the language we love.

Release the notion that life must be done right or within certain parameters. Give yourself permission to have a different existence... finding harmony in what is authentically you.
