Gender Discrimination and Human Rights

Gender Discrimination refers to the treatment of individuals based on their sexual orientation by other individuals and public or private institutions.People whose sexual orientation places them in minority categories, such as lesbians,homosexuals, and bisexuals have sought legal protection from this type of discrimination. Disparities between men and women in basic rights, access to resource, and power to determine their own lives continue to exist in virtually all countries of the world.
